Summary:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with a strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, a solid cyber-security background and excellent troubleshooting skills to integrate our corporate support team.

In our activity as a Managed Service Provider, we support a diverse range of corporate clients, using mainly Microsoft products and Sophos as a preferred security vendor, and focusing on the quality of service and the security of IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have Microsoft certification in various technologies and a proven track record of problem solving.

Knowledge of VMware or other virtualisation solutions, Acronis or other disaster recovery products and VOIP technologies would also be an advantage.

Above all, we will look at the ability to adapt to various technical environments and to learn new skills to deliver reliable solutions suited to our clients’ requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Design, deployment and maintenance of complete IT systems customised to clients’ needs.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting of servers, desktop, laptops, printers and mobile devices issues
  • Documenting, tracking and monitoring tasks to ensure a timely resolution
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery plans setup, maintenance and testing
  • Endpoint protection, firewall and encryption solutions setup and maintenance

  • Key Qualifications:

  • Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A real passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences
  • Thrives on a team where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed
  • Current industry certifications a plus
